Court line used the name Wellington Court for just one ship:

 

Overall she had a service life of 40 years starting in 1929. She took part in many WW2 convoys, changed hands and name several times and was finally scrapped in 1969.

No information about Wellington Court’s service before WW2 has been discovered to date.

 

Participation in WW2 Convoys

 

Wellington Court took part in 97 convoys according to information shown in the table below which is provided courtesy of Convoyweb   - see  Ext. Ref. #5.

Service Post-WW2

 

Germany surrendered unconditionally to the Allies on 7 May 1945 - Wellington Court took part in her last convoy about that time.

 

The late Arthur Jenner served was serving on her in June 1945 and his son has provided a copy of a shore pass showing that she was in Egypt - this was valid for Alexandria.

No other information is available other than that she changed ownership and name on two occasions and was finally broken up in South Korea in 1969.
