Frans Romeijnsen Frans was born in 1944 and is from Gemert in the Netherlands and follows in the footsteps of his father who was also a painter. He paints portraits, landscapes, still lifes, seascapes and portscapes and is a member of the Association of the Holland America Line. Some of his paintings of (mostly Dutch) ships can be found on the websites of the Koninklijke Rotterdamsche Lloyd museum (Royal Rotterdam Lloyd Museum) and the Koninklijke Nederlandse Stoomboot Maatschappij (Royal Dutch Steamship Association). He also teaches art students in his Gallery. You can see a range of Frans's paintings on his website which is in Dutch but is easy to navigate.
Maritime Originals and Prints Richard Cosby is the Director of this company that sells originals and prints of marine subjects by various artists.
W.J.Hoendervanger Willem Hoendervanger was born in 1980 and has been a professional artist since 2005. He is based in Flushing (Vlissengen) in the Netherlands, undertakes commisions and specialises in realistic watercolours of ships with each painting being unique. He particularly likes to paint modern ships.
