Kafue was a 6,044 GRT stea, cargo ship completed in 1913 by Palmer's Shipbuilding & Iron Co. Ltd for Bucknall Steamship Lines Ltd. From 1914 she was owned by Ellerman & Bucknall Steamship Co. Ltd. She was sunk on 30 April 1918 by torpedo fired by German submarine U-86 approximately 11 nautical miles South-West of the Mull of Galloway. She was en route from Glasgow to Calcutta with a general cargo.

She was sunk on 13 June 1918 by torpedo fired by German submarine UB-107 approximately 18 nautical miles South by East of Flamborough Head. She was en route from Newcastle to Pauillac with a cargo of coal.

She was stopped on 18 June 1917 and sunk by gunfire from German submarine UC-51 at position 51° 53' N, 06° 24' W - approximately 20 nautical miles South of Tuskar. She was en route from Cardiff to Ballyhack with a cargo of coal.
